The Fruitful Life
1985-now
"Christianity hasn't stifled me. The excitement and the dynamics that I liked in punk music, which was so shallow, I now experience in a deeper way in serving Jesus," she relates.
"Jesus´ power redeemed my life, and because of that I am a different person on the inside, and that has affected how I live my life as an individual, as a mother, as a wife and as a teacher of young children. Instead of the self-centered person that I was, today I try with all my heart to live my life for others, sharing the hope that is only found in Jesus. Dave and I have been married since 1983 and together we have three awesome children
(and 6 grandchildren!) that love God and are a blessing to my life and to others. Not perfect lives without troubles, but real lives lived to please God."
After moving to the United States in 1989, Paloma became involved with a church in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Paloma has served in a variety of capacities including working in the video and multimedia ministry, going on local and overseas outreaches, acting on a drama team and even briefly returning to the drums. "Nothing compares to being an instrument in bringing another person to Christ.”
